FOWLER HOME REMODEL
A couple from Utah contacted Mark prior to purchasing a log home south of Bozeman, MT. The (potential) new owners wanted to be assured that the existing house had potential and could be converted to fit their needs and desires for their 'retirement home'. Mark began schematics as the home was purchased. He determined that the only way to open up the upper level, as the owners wanted, was to completely remove the existing second story and start new. In addition to a new roof system (built on the ground and craned into place), a master bath wing was added as well as a sunroom, entry porch and upper level deck and balcony. The before and after transformation is spectacular and Mark feels that this is a very rewarding remodel project.
