CIRCLE B
Andy Ferre of Fay Management approached Mark, upon the purchase of the ranch, for feasibility consultation as to whether the ranch house was worth salvaging. Mark studied the building and, despite being added onto at least four times, felt that the home had potential. Mark worked with the new ranch owner to create a schematic design. Andy crunched the numbers and we all agreed that remodeling the building was the most economical way for the owner to live on the ranch.

The structure remains nearly identical to the original home. Mark added a long, ranch style porch to the South, eliminating a poorly designed sun room. An entry was bumped out to the North and a raised patio was added off the Kitchen and Dining. Otherwise the form of the building remains the same. Materials/ windows/doors were revised inside and out creating the dramatic changes.
